1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all orders placed through the Dahzy online shop (www.dahzy.com) by private customers residing in Switzerland.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in full.

Dahzy Studio reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The version in force at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Products and Availability

All products shown in the online shop are described as accurately as possible.
Slight differences in color or appearance (due to screen or photography) are possible and do not constitute defects.

Product availability is updated regularly. However, items displayed online may become unavailable; if this happens, Dahzy will inform you promptly and cancel or refund the affected part of your order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • TWINT

  • PayPal

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

Dahzy Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time; the valid price is that displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made only within Switzerland, by Swiss Post.

  • Delivery time: approx. 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Free shipping: for orders over CHF 100.

  • Below CHF 100, a standard delivery fee applies (visible at checkout).

Delivery delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales). Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.

Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 185 para. 2).

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you can return it within 14 days after delivery under the following conditions:

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, and clean.

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and protective materials must be intact and included.

  • The item must be shipped back in the same delivery box or equivalent protective packaging to avoid damage.

  • Sale or discounted items are excluded from returns.

  • Personalised or custom-made products (if ever offered) are excluded from returns.

  • Customer bears the return shipping costs.

  • Dahzy is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return process:

Please notify us by email at hello@dahzy.com before sending your return.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Items that do not meet the above conditions (used, damaged, or missing packaging) cannot be refunded and will be sent back at your cost.

6. Defects and Warranty

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) at hello@dahzy.com with photos of the issue.

We comply with Articles 197–210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations regarding warranty for defects.
Valid warranty claims will result in either a replacement or a refund, at Dahzy’s discretion.

7. Liability

Dahzy Studio is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of profit resulting from use, non-availability, or defects of products, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

We accept no liability for delays caused by postal services, force majeure, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery or payment.

9. Retention of Ownership

Products remain the property of Dahzy Studio until full payment has been received.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
